Mike Ciavolino is the CEO of Shore Creative Group with more than 30 years of healthcare recruitment branding and marketing experience on a national level.
Mike has boundless insights to deliver. He focuses his energies on helping clients develop employer brand strategies and advertising campaigns to better position themselves with today’s changing customers.
Mike has spent his career working managing as Vice President, Client Services at several regional advertising agencies, developing Employer Brands, recruitment strategies and campaigns for local, regional and national brands like Nabisco, Boston Scientific, Cahners Publishing, IBM and more.
After returning to his beloved New Jersey Shore, Mike opened Shore Creative Group in 2008 and the agency quickly developed a reputation for creative excellence and innovative solutions for recruitment clients.
Mike also has served on the board of the Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources and the New Jersey Association of Healthcare Recruiters. He has conducted symposiums for HR Leaders on topics like Employer Branding and has spoken at multiple Society of Human Resources conferences.
Mike has also started a non-profit Foundation dedicated to funding housing for autistic adults and has served on the board of the New Jersey Shore Walk for Autism Speaks. He is President of the Long Branch Rotary Club and a board member of the Monmouth Ocean Development Council.
